At Click Collection Amritsar, the standard check-in time is 12:00 PM, and the check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated depending on room availability and are subject to additional charges. Guests are required to present a valid government-issued identification document—such as an Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Driving License—at the time of check-in. For international guests, a valid passport and visa are mandatory.

All bookings and reservations can be made through our official website, through recognized travel partners, or directly at our front desk. Confirmation of a reservation is subject to the receipt of complete guest details and, in some cases, an advance payment. For group, corporate, or long-stay reservations, a written confirmation and advance deposit are mandatory to secure the booking. Guests are encouraged to verify their booking details before arrival to avoid any inconvenience.

We accept multiple forms of payment, including cash, UPI, major credit and debit cards, and online banking. Some reservations may require partial or full payment at the time of booking or during check-in. Guests booking through third-party platforms are requested to refer to the payment policies of the respective booking channel.

Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in will not incur any cancellation charges. However, cancellations made within 24 hours of the arrival date will be charged for one night’s stay. In case of a no-show, the full booking amount will be forfeited. Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 7–10 business days. For reservations made through online portals or travel agents, the cancellation and refund policy of the respective platform will apply.

Children below six years of age can stay free of charge when using the existing bedding. Extra beds are available upon request and are subject to availability. A maximum of one extra bed is allowed per room. Cribs or baby cots for infants can also be arranged on request.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside non-smoking rooms and enclosed public areas of the hotel. We have designated smoking areas for guests who wish to smoke. Alcohol consumption is permitted only within the confines of guest rooms and the hotel’s restaurant or bar. We strictly adhere to local laws governing the consumption and sale of alcoholic beverages.

To ensure the comfort and hygiene of all guests, pets are not allowed on the premises. Visitors of registered guests are welcome until 10:00 PM, provided they register at the reception desk and produce valid identification. Overnight stays by unregistered guests are not permitted for security reasons.

Our housekeeping staff services all rooms daily to maintain cleanliness and hygiene. Fresh towels and linens are provided once per day or as requested by the guest. Laundry and dry-cleaning services are available from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM for an additional charge. Guests are requested to handle hotel property with care. Any damage or loss to the property will be chargeable as per the hotel’s discretion.

Complimentary on-site parking is available for all guests. However, the hotel management will not be responsible for any theft, loss, or damage to vehicles or personal belongings left inside them. For the safety of our guests, the hotel is equipped with 24-hour CCTV surveillance, fire alarms, and trained security personnel. We also provide in-room safes for storing valuables, and guests are encouraged to use them at all times.

Our in-house restaurant offers a wide range of delectable cuisines prepared by experienced chefs. The restaurant operates from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, while room service is available round-the-clock. Guests are requested not to bring outside food or beverages into the hotel premises for hygiene and safety reasons.

Click Collection Amritsar also features premium banquet and event spaces suitable for weddings, corporate meetings, and social gatherings. To confirm an event booking, a 50% advance payment is required. Event cancellations or modifications must be communicated in advance and may attract charges based on the arrangements made.

The management reserves the right to charge guests for any damage to hotel property, including furniture, linens, electronic appliances, or other items caused during their stay. Guests are also responsible for their personal belongings, and the hotel shall not be held liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
